| 1995 Mercury Cougar XR-7 3.8L No Start VIN: 1MELM6242S Hi everyone. We have this cougar in for no start only when hot. I ran the car for a while time of running is always different for the symptoms to occur. Shut it off and restart immediately it will run every time. Shut it off and wait a few seconds it might not...
