Thanks to all that replied !!! This one is FIXED - after many test along with many good drives - we were hesitant to return it to our customer Then it happened, started pushing connectors tighter as my tech watched and then as a pushed the TPS connector tight ... Trouble codes: P0123 (Throttle position sensor no. 1 high).

Thanks to all who replied I ended up replacing the air distribution box it had warped door and goo from foam gaskets causing doors to hang up. The new dealer part has all rubber seals no foam tape that turns to goo.
