2004 Volkswagen Touareg V6 3.2L No Start VIN: WVGZC67LX4 On the harness the RPM sensor harness has 2.5 volts on both reference and signal wire. Ground is good. On both CPS the reference wires has 10.7 volts and 5.0 volt on the other wire and ground is good. I've tested wire harness from RPM sensor to ECM and it's go...
