| 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3L Windshield wipers VIN: 2B4GP24G4X BCM was defective. I isolated the wiper motor and it worked properly. Checked the wiring for grounding and found no evidence of cracks or chaffing. New BCM allows wipers to work correctly. |
