Thanks for the replies, ended up finding if I left the vehicle alone for over four hours the buss voltage out of the RME Module would be about 8 to 9 volts, not sure why but had an internal RKE Fault, all functions worked but it over powered the buss and shut ... Trouble codes: P1686 (Loss of SKIM BUS), P1687 (Loss of insturment cluster buss).
