1996 GMC K2500 Sierra SL 6.5L No Boost VIN: 1GTGK29F3T
Tested the circuits from the PCM to the wastegate solenoid every which way I could, unable to find a short. Replaced connector and about 6" of wiring at solenoid, problem is gone. Found wire broken internally right at connector. Thanks for the help! Trouble codes: P1656 (Intake CMP Actuator Solenoid Control Circuit).
