| 2005 Volkswagen Jetta 2.5 2.5L ecm VIN: 3VWDF71K25 So after way more hours than I like to spend on a VW I found the problem was water in the wiring at the under hood fuse block. I disassembled the fuse block and found 2 very corroded wires and one broken wire. Thanks to all who chimed in on this problem. |

| 2002 Volvo V70 X/C 2.4L Temperature VIN: YV1SZ58D52 Everything points at internal engine blockage. Great advise on the use of OEM parts. Customer is ok with the amount of heat for now. We will probably not get a chance to diagnose it again unless this concern comes up again next winter. |
