| 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan SE 3.3L No Start VIN: 1D4GP24353 Thanks to everyone who replied to my request! The fix was a bad ecm. I checked the harness under the ecm, the best I could. Didn't see any rubbed areas, I wiggled the harness, never did get voltage out of either the 5v or the 8v supply wires. Talked this over ... |
