2003 Saturn L300 3.0L b2s2 o2s VIN: 1G8JW54RX3
has b+ and 0.0 pulsed ground at both b2s2 and b1s2 heater circuits. Heaters are reading 15-20 ohm with car running and unplugged from harness. I cleaned all of the grounds on the engine and have low resistance. Keeps setting P0161 code.

2003 Chevrolet Venture LT 3.4L No Start VIN: 1GNDX13E73
I tried to light a headlamp off the crankshaft 12 volt pin to ground. Didn't light. I figured that the PCM not getting proper voltage into it booyah- 3 leads broken about 8 inches off main harness. Now headlamp lights up Vehicle starts up
