| 2008 Jeep Compass Limited 2.4L Surge, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1J8FT57W78 Jeep came in with MIL on. Checked codes-- got P2017 and P0172 (rich). Checked basics (wiring and connection to actuator, vacuum leaks (none), etc.) Cleared codes and road-tested. No codes. When car was picked up, MIL was back on--checked codes, and just P2017.... Trouble codes: P2017 (Short Runner Valve), P0172 (Rich), P0171 (Lean) |
