| 2006 Volkswagen Golf GLS TDI 1.9L Excessive Emissions VIN: 9BWGR61J66 Turns out that the shaft inside the turbo had actually snapped and so the turbo wasn't building any pressure, and oil was being shot directly into the exhaust which caused all the smoke. Replaced the turbo and exhaust manifold assembly and the car runs great! ... Trouble codes: P0341 (Camshaft pos.sensor circ.
