| 1996 Chevrolet Blazer LS 4.3L Hesitation, Surge, MIL Lamp on This Blazer has a code P1345. When I scanned it it showed the timing advanced 29 degrees. I tried resetting the distributor one tooth and next time I checked the timing it was 30 degrees retarded. I checked it exactly how it should be, at higher rpm, just like...
