| 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 WT 4.8L Wipers with delay VIN: 1GCEK19C29 Thanks for all the replies to this wiper problem. I signed on with Identifix and found the procedure for testing the Under Hood Electrical Center (UHEC). Problem was in the UHEC. Replaced UHEC and wipers work. Thanks again for the responses. |
