| 2006 BMW 525i 3.0L MIL Lamp on VIN: WBANE53556 HUGE thanks to all. I tested backpressure on both catalytic converters at the front o2 sensor holes. Rear cat was 4-6 psi @ idle and front cat was 1/2 psi at 2000 rpm. We will be changing out rear cat. I have a hollowed out 02 sensor that I use to test backpre... | 2000 Volkswagen Jetta GLS 2.0L Poor Idle Quality, Cuts out, Misfire, MIL Lamp on VIN: 3VWSC29M3Y Last suggestion from Bill nailed it: disconnected the cam sensor and voltage came right back. Car runs ok with sensor disconnected and throttle codes don't come back with sensor disconnected! This was an interesting (not a money maker though...)problem; all of... Trouble codes: 17951 (angle sensor 1 for throttle actuator signal too small), 17966 (throttle actuator electrical malfunction), 16506 (throttle position sensor signal too low), 17987 (throttle actuator adaptation not started). |
