| 1999 Chevrolet Astro 4.3L mil VIN: 1GNDM19WXX On the gear ratio in 3rd I saw 1.3 to 1. I did get it to pass inspection and reported to owner what I found. I can see in, when it's in 3rd that slip stays at 60 rpms or lower so I feel it's a converter problem. Owner will drive it like this for now. |
