After regular Oil Service and service counter rest the BAS - ESP light started blinking during final road test. There are ETC , ESM , ME2 , AAM , EAM , ICM and AAC module with CAN no communication problem. Reset with SDS did not clear system

Hi everyone. I got this 06 Jetta (Bora) towed in no start with replaced engine and no rpm Reading on scanner. How do I test these cam and crank sensors? I have power and ground to both sensors but cannot get a scope trace on either! Seems odd.
