| 1997 Oldsmobile Achieva SL 2.4L No Start Thanks for everyones help on this one, unfortunately after replacing the IPC with a GM factory rebuilt cluster the problem still persisted. I disconnected all modules but the pcm and ipc and still had the same issue of when trying to communicate with the EBCM ... Trouble codes: B1028 (Crank [...] security signal fault), C1275 (Loss of communication between EBCM and IPC/PCM). |
