The determining factor ended up being the vehicle came with a supercharger and the computer was not matching the replacement engine. | 2007 Toyota Tundra Limited 5.7L Replacing camshaft actuator VIN: 5TBRT581X7 I aligned the marks and put it back and all is well the actuator unlocks itself when oil pressure is applied thru the oil contro valve. Thanks for the replies |
