Thanks for the replies. We did finally get this POS running. We disconnected the cam sensor and she fired up. Not well but did run. We then R&R the cam VVT solenoid and replaced as it was gummed up, cleaned the oil port, then replaced the cam VVT Actuator. Now...

Hi Guys thanks to all those that replied.I removed the intake manifold and had it chemically cleaned of sludge and carbon.I removed and cleaned the egr valve as well.I cleaned the intake ports of carbon as well.The engine did not blow smoke after this but roug... Trouble codes: 31 (CAN communications fault), 51 (EGR position sensor fault), 52 (Variable geometry turbo boost sensor fault).
