Vehicle overheats sitting in traffic but not driving with a/c on, cooling fan seems to be going on and off every minute or so,not staying on? is this a one speed fan or dual? And shouldnt the fan run non stop with a/c on?

Thanks to all who replied. The clutch did release slightly better after setting over the weekend. Thanks to the first reply I received, I discovered the pedal pushrod was adjustable. Lengthening the pushrod gave us sufficient release. Customer has had it back...
