1999 Ford F-150 Lariat 4.6L Cuts out, MIL Lamp on VIN: 2FTRF17W9X After inspecting the wiring harness closer I found that the cam signal wire to the pcm was rubbing on the back of the engine and grounding out intermittently. I repaired the wiring and rerouted the harness and the cam signal has not dropped out and the engine ... Trouble codes: P00, 340 (camshaft position sensor looses signal to pcm). |

2004 Ford F-150 Heritage XL 4.6L Stall VIN: 2FTRF18W14 After removal and disassembly we discovered a failing torque converter but also a large amount of metal debris in the valve body. We installed a Jasper remanufactured transmission to correct the problem. Thank you everyone for your help! Trouble codes: P1728. |
