| 2002 Nissan Maxima SE 3.5L Poor Idle Quality, MIL Lamp on VIN: JN1DA31D12 Thank to all who replied. There was some great info passed along to me that really helped. The root cause of this Maxima's problem was the alternator. I finally caught it with my scanner. The charging system voltage would hit 17 volts and the PCM would go nuts... Trouble codes: P0507 (Idle to high), P0128 (Coolant temp), P1147 (O2 sensor), P0733 (3rd gear), C1109 (ABS battery voltage low). |
