Thanks for the replies. I tried all the procedures from the responses I got. The vehicle was here for over 2 weeks as it was not the clients only car. The evap monitor just would not run nor did it ever set any codes pending or otherwise. So vehicle was return... Trouble codes: P0446.

2002 Toyota Camry LE 3.0L Misfire VIN: JTDBF30K72
I finally did a running compression test. Found Cyl#5 running compression 20 psi lower than all other cylinders. Problem is most likely in valvetrain. Trouble codes: P0301, P0303, P0300, P0305.
