| 1990 Jeep Wrangler Islander 4.2L Poor Idle Quality, Poor Fuel Economy VIN: 2J4FY39T8L Followed advice and looked up "nutter" and followed steps to bypass the ECM that controls the carb stepper motor. Improved idle but lacked power. Once I pinched the return fuel line at the fuel filter power returned. Minimized vac lines to dist 4wd. |
