| 2003 Ford Taurus LX 3.0L battery VIN: 1FAFP552X3 Well we've narrowed it down to possibly the fusebox feeding the GEM module keeping it awake. We had to put off work because technician assigned to vehicle is on vacation. I will update when possible. Thanks for the replies. |

| 2004 Ford F-150 FX4 5.4L Poor Idle Quality, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1FTPW14534 We ended up removing the valve covers pulling the cam journal caps. There was a ton of scoring on both banks. There was also lots of noise from the rocker area on bank 2. We ended up putting in a new engine due to mutiple reasons. Thanks for the input!! Trouble codes: P0022 (Intake a cmp time over retarded), P0171 (System lean b1), P0340 (Cmp sensor a circuit), P0345 (Cmp sensor circuit b2). |
