I want to thank's all the fellow members for the support, and yes it was the BCM module, what I found was signal at the bcm,a/c active,but the signal was notsend to the PCM,I checked the signal at BCM wasn't sending the signal out,thank you again

unfortunately I haven't pinpointed the cause of the misfire. I remove the left valve cover to check cam & rocker arm action- all checked ok. customer needed truck for work so he said he'll return when problem gets more severe. thank u to all who gave advice to... Trouble codes: P0300 (Random/multiple cylinder misfire), P1381 (Misfire detected- no ebcm/pcm serial data), P0305 (5 cylinder misfire).
