ref voltage to bi cam 12 volt to 17 volts ran new wire and was able to do the key cycle to relearn idle thanks for all replies my question is why the voltage spike on teh 12 volt ref after i ran my own 12 volts car ran great Trouble codes: 134.

Thanks to all who replied. This had a bad SAM module, intrenal relay short calling for window to go down all the time. No signs of any type of liquid spilled on unit, great point though. Replaced SAM and reprogramed. system working fine.
