	1992 Mercedes-Benz 300D 2.5 2.5L low power VIN: WDBEB28E5N well i went ahead and changed the fuel filters. This did help the car a good bit. It would now boost to about 10psi peak. Alldata seems to think it should peak at about 14psi. I can already see more stuff building up in clear 1st filter. So apparently yes...	5
