2004 Ford F-150 Lariat 5.4L Poor Idle Quality, MIL Lamp on As most of you mentioned the problem was the vacuum elbow on the bottom rear of the intake manifold. I suspected a vacuum leak all along but couldn't find it, that thing isnt very easy to get to! Thanks everyone for your time.
