Well so far so good.After review of input from several members we did a very close check of the wiring and couldn't find and y problems and the crank sensor had already been replaced with a chrysler one we decided to replace the pcm as the one crank code was a... Thanks for all the replies, Ended up finding oil seeping out of the distributor, replaced it with a reman unit and runs good again, It had spark before but a lot better with a new coil. Weird that it went after replacing valve cover gaskets.

As I suspected the shop that fixed the fuel injection really did not want to diagnose and fix a problem as a return (for free) that it had no hand in causing.
