| 2003 Ford F-250 Super Duty XLT 6.0L egr system VIN: 1FTNF20P03 This truck comes into our shop often with different problems usually but one code keeps returning.PO 401 EGR flow. We replaced the EGR valve, Cleaned the intake manifold,replaced the EGR cooler,and after about one week the code returns.Any Ideas? |

| 2006 Ford F-350 Super Duty XLT 6.0L Alternator VIN: 1FTWW33P86 During the process of rechecking this system, the new Ultima starter I installed started working within an acceptable range. It ended up with a Max amperage of 60 with every load on. Amps dropped to around 40 @ idle with a voltage of 14.2. A few of the replies... |
