2009 Volkswagen Jetta TDI 2.0L MIL Lamp on VIN: 3VWAL71K69
P0401: Insufficient egr flow. Veh sets code P0401 (01025). Veh is new to customer, has new EGR. Mitchell has no info for this Code. Watched desired and actual flow on VAG com, they match or are within 100 of each other. Any info would be appreciated.

P0401: Insufficient EGR Flow Detected. ... check engine light fixed. pulled code #P0401 for EGR system. has .74v at all time and duty cycle is 0. checked all wiring. all powers and grounds are good. has no other running issues and idles fine.
