2000 Saturn LS2 3.0L MIL Lamp on
customer brought vehicle in to get check engine light fixed. pulled code #P0401 for EGR system. has .74v at all time and duty cycle is 0. checked all wiring. all powers and grounds are good. has no other running issues and idles fine.
