Thanx to all that replied. The (P.I.) was correct. The cam shaft reluctor was pressed on to the cam shaft to far and the only fix was to replace the cam shaft. after repair all was well. Thanx for all your time. Trouble codes: P0441.

Looks like Russell from Illinois was right about the rear 02 not going below 500 mv. Must have been a lazy rear 02 sensor that was still working well enough not to trigger a code but kept the catalyst monitor from running. Replaced the rear 02 and the readines...
