I DECIDED TO CHECK ALL THE HOSES AGAIN AND FOUND THE LARGE EVAP VAPOR LINE WAS KINKED BECAUSE THE EVAP CANISTER WAS MOVED AFTER SPARE TIRE HOLDER WAS REPLACED .
