The P0401 is fixed. When I removed the EGR valve the passages were visually clean and I had shot carb clean and air blasts through both the exhaust and intake sides of the EGR system. A short drive returned a temporary P0401 again. Replies to this post in... Trouble codes: P0401 (Insufficient EGR).

Well I found the O2 signal wire pulled out of the Bosch generic swap-over connector. The connector was left hanging, the retainer for it's mount was broken and the Cust. drives a dirt driveway. I buttspliced soldered and installed heatshrink tubing on all four... Trouble codes: P0139 (O2 Sensor B1S2 slow response), P1146 (Refers to B1S2 Voltage High/Low), P1147 (Refers to B1S2 Voltage High/Low).
