| 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD 8.1L blend door VIN: 1GCHK23G24 Thank all of you for the response. It come down to the fact the prior technician that had worked on the vehicle had changed the mode door not the blend door. Once new blend door went in and recalibrated all is good.
