| 1998 Chevrolet C1500 Silverado 5.0L Poor Idle Quality, Misfire, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1GCEC19M4W Turns out this one is a bad intake gasket. Although it didn't show up with a smoke machine, it did pull vacuum in the crankcase. I havn't installed new gasket set yet. I should have found this one sooner. | 2000 Chevrolet Astro 4.3L Misfire, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1GKDM19WXY Thanks for all the help on this one, replaced injector unit and knock sensor module and all seems fine. Ran for 3 days in shop without missing so I returned to customer last night. Hesitant to call it fixed yet, after a month passes and no more astro will make... Trouble codes: P0300 (Random misfire although only 5 is missing.), P0325 (Knock sensor). |
