| 1990 Ford F-150 XLT Lariat 4.9L No Start, Hesitation VIN: 1FTEF14Y1L Thanks to all who offered help with this vehicle. Quite a few of you suggested the ECM was faulty, which made sense. I was able to locate a reman. ECM through Carquest and it fixed the problem. The fuel pump opperates correctly and vehicle starts and runs fine... Trouble codes: 13 (Cant control idle at low RPM), 25 (No Knock signal during KOER test). |
