| 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis LS 4.6L starter VIN: 2MEFM75W84 Thanks for all your help. The problem was the PCM, it was not grounding the starter relay. I was able to by-pass the PCM by running a permanent ground wire to the starter relay. This worked very well and I did not have to replace the PCM. |
