| 2000 Toyota RAV4 2.0L Enigne VIN: JT77ISC100 The end fix was a loss of voltage to the engine ecu. The engine relay had a burnt contact in it. The relay and the relay holder was replaced and the engine started. The relay was located in the engine department next to the headlight on the passenger side. |
