| 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 5.7L Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Surge, Stall, MIL Lamp on VIN: 3D7KU28D43 Thank you guys for your help, truck is fix I found multiple problems, it had a broken lower intake manifold and ( app ) sensor was shorter to ground, did computer relearn with factory scanner, recheck the 5v ref was 4.96v and truck runs good.
