| 2006 Ford E-250 5.4L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Poor Fuel Economy, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1FTNE24L16 After a bit of time and checks vehicle ended up having a bad exhaust valve on cylinder number 6. Had to do a compression check both hot and cold before we ended up finding the problem. Compression was good cold and fall way off when hot. Anyway sent heads out ... Trouble codes: P0172, P0731 (Inncorrert gear ratio). |

| 2008 Ford F-150 King Ranch 5.4L Pan VIN: 1FTPW14V38 OK guys I checked the vent, it seemed to be fine - no restrictions. We then took the bolts on the sides of the pan (the ones that go all the way trough) out 1 by 1 and coated the treads with RTV. So far so good. Hopefully thats the end of it. If it comes back ... |
