2004 Toyota Highlander 3.3L Heater VIN: JTEEP21A74
Pulled all vent tubes of heater box on right side and found no restrictions, evap core clean only thing we could think of is if foam off of bleand door has fallen on heater core blocking half of core, customer not ready to pull dash to find out.
