I appreciate all the great techs on iatn. Alex from Georgia hit the nail on the head. I was able to change the spring between the TCC regulator apply valve and the isolator valve. TCC chuggle is gone. I appreciate all the replies. Rick

well robert and blair had the right idea. it turned out to be the ignition switch. if the customer turned the switch off slowly problem never happened. if the wipers and radio came on he taped on the lock cylinder and it would shut off. i pulled the old switch...
