| 1999 Lexus ES300 3.0L MIL Lamp on VIN: JT8BF28G6X the power supply wire from the 20 amp fuse (underhood) to the AFRS heater relay was open. I repaired the power supply to the relay and now the voltage on both AFRS fluctuates between 4.9 and 2.6 volts when graphed on the vetronix.
