1995 Chrysler Sebring LXi 2.5L Excessive Emissions, Hesitation, Cuts out VIN: 4C3AU52N95
some idiot had installed a new crank sensor in the bell housing and had the air gap set incorrectly. The sticky paper on the end of the sensor was still on, I set the air gap and all is well. Thanks for everyones help.
