Thanks to all who replied. In the end, all the grounds for the ignition coils are bolted to the top of the valve cover, They are all under a cover. The wiring had rubbed through on cylinder 2 and 3. After further inspection, I found both ground wires had broke... Trouble codes: P0302 (Cylinder 2 misfire), P0303 (Cylinder 3 misfire).
