| 1998 Dodge Neon Sport 2.0L Poor Idle Quality VIN: 1B3ES47Y0W Vehicle came in with a rough idle and rich code. Checked fuel pressure and found pressure to be 10psi too high. Fuel pressure also immediately bled off rapidly. Replaced the fuel filter/pressure regulator assembly with Dodge part. Solved the bleed off problem ...
