| 2006 Volkswagen Jetta TDI 1.9L No Start VIN: 3VWST71K96 I didn't receive any data that verified the pressure of the pump being within spec or not, but I did find out that the pump was leaking and I changed the tandem pump, which is the pump on the cylinder head, very simple and viola, the tdi lives.
